(eng): The papres deals with the design of discrete adaptive model-based predictive control for mechatronic systems. Mechatronic systems are considered generaly as systems combining machanical elements and elements which power, monitor and control these systems themselves. In the paper, a combination of on-line identification and predictive control is introduced. The identification is based on least squares. The predictive controls arises from state-space formulation. The algorithms are derived in square-root form.
