(eng): This work summarizes the theoretical and algoritmic basis of optimized probabilistic advising. It developed from a series of targeted research projects supported by EC & Czech grant bodies. The source text has served as a common basis of communication for the research team. The final text may serve as - a grand example of dynamic Bayesian decision making - a reference to ready particular solutions in learning and optimization of decision-making strategies - a source of open challenging research problems.

(cze): Tato práce shrnuje teoretické a algoritmické základy optimalizovaného dynamického poradního systému. Systém vznikl během navazující série výzkumných projektů podporovaných Evropskou komisí a českými grantovými agenturami. Výsledný text může sloužit jako i) příklad dynamického bayesovského rozhodování ii) referenční příručka řešení řady dílčích problémů v oblasti učení a optimalizace rozhodovacích strategií iii) zdroj složitých otevřených výzkumných problémů.
