The most important results: construction of a complete and independent system of similarity moment invariants, creation of combined blur and affine features, development and implementation of a new graph method for generating of affine moment invariants, including methods for elimination of reducible invariants, implementation of a method based on direct solution of Cayley-Aronhold differe
Duration: 1998 - 2000
The project managed to find a combined invariants (i.e. w.r.t both convolution and geometric distortion) with different variants of a combination of convolution and geometric transformations based on moments of image function. On the side of the convolution transformation, it is primarily blurring by centrally symmetric energy-preserving linear filter.
