ManyVal 2013 - 04.09.2013

ManyVal is a series of international workshops on the logical and algebraic aspects of many-valued reasoning. The aim of the workshops is to gather both established and young researchers sharing an interest for a specific topic. Accordingly, each edition has a sharp focus. The attendance is limited in order to facilitate close and informal interaction. There are no parallel sessions. Contributed talks are allocated ample time.

Mariánská - zimní pohled

The Winter School of Department of Decision-Making Theory is a popular meeting point of students and researchers from the department and other colaborating researchers from several Czech institutions as well as guests from abroad. It is held in the UTIA's chalet. The program of the 2013nd edition of the MTR Winter School will consist mainly of tutorial talks given by participants.

WUPES'12 - 9th Workshop on Uncertainty Processing. - 12.09.2012
Mariánské Lázně
A series of Workshops on Uncertainty Processing (WUPES) has been held in the Czech Republic every third year since 1988. Like the previous meetings the forthcoming Workshop will foster creative intellectual activities and the exchange of ideas in an informal atmosphere. Therefore we will keep the number of participants limited (~40). The conference will be held in the beautiful spa town Mariánské Lázně and it is organized in colaboration of MTR department and Faculty of Management, University of Economics, Prague.

Spring school of image processing 2012 - 04.06.2012
The Spring School of Image Processing is a popular meeting point of students and researchers from several Czech institutions involved in image processing research as well as guests from abroad. The program of the 2012nd edition of the Spring School of Image Processing will consist mainly of tutorial talks given by organizers from the Department of Image Processing (ÚTIA) and participating Ph.D. students.
